Enrollment FAQs

A signed enrollment contract and $600.00 non-refundable enrollment fee must be submitted to enroll your child.  St. Andrew’s uses an online enrollment process via SchoolAdmin (Finalsite Enrollment), our admissions management software. An email with a link will be sent to access your child's enrollment contract via the Parent Portal in Finalsite Enrollment (formerly School Admin).

For NEW Families to St. Andrew's:

• April 15, 2025 for 6th - 11th grade applicants
• May 10, 2025 for Kindergarten - 5th grade applicants

After these dates, enrollment will be based upon space availability.

For RETURNING families of St. Andrew's:

• Friday, March 28, 2025
• A late fee of $250 will be assessed for contracts and/or enrollment fees submitted after Sunday, April 6, 2025.
• Enrollment after the deadline is subject to space availability.

A blue button that links to FACTS will be available on your child’s Enrollment Checklist within SchoolAdmin (Finalsite Enrollment) once all contracts in a family have been completed. This button will allow your family to complete your FACTS tuition management sign-up; completion of this step can be tracked in SchoolAdmin via your child’s Enrollment Checklist. 

FACTS is integrated with SchoolAdmin, our Admissions software. Please use the blue FACTS button via your child’s Enrollment Checklist to enroll in FACTS so that your demographic information and tuition data will migrate automatically from SchoolAdmin to FACTS.

If a family accesses FACTS externally (and not via SchoolAdmin for the initial set up), your demographic information and tuition data from SchoolAdmin will not migrate into FACTS and you will not see your tuition in FACTS. Our school will update FACTS as necessary to reflect financial aid and discounts if those were not originally reflected in the enrollment contract. 

All families should enroll with FACTS at your earliest convenience, but no later than a month before your first tuition payment is due, to ensure your account is set up correctly.

No, the service fees associated with the payment plans charged by St. Andrew’s Schools are waived for families receiving financial aid. The online enrollment contract should automatically take this into account. Please contact us if you receive financial aid and your contract shows any service fees.

FACTS will charge their own fees for tuition payments made via credit card and late payments. Please refer to their fee policy for more information.

The first Parent/Guardian logs into the Parent Portal in SchoolAdmin and signs the enrollment contract. Once signed, there will be a prompt that allows them to invite another parent/guardian associated with that student or a non-household member to co-sign the document. The co-signor will then receive an email to sign into the Parent Portal in SchoolAdmin to sign the document.

*The same email address/account cannot be used for both signers. Two distinct Parent Portal accounts with different email addresses need to be used for dual signatures from separate households.

Either party can pay the non-refundable enrollment fee; however, the fee can only be paid after both parties sign the contract. The system only allows a one-time payment of the full $600.00 non-refundable fee. If you would like to split the enrollment fee between parents, please select “Cash” as your payment option and walk in or mail your payments directly to the Admissions Office. Please ensure both of these payments are received by the aforementioned deadlines in order to avoid the $250.00 late fee (returning families only) and ensure a spot for your child.
