Enrollment and Re-Enrollment FAQs

A signed enrollment contract and $600.00 non-refundable enrollment fee must be submitted to enroll your child.  St. Andrew’s uses an online enrollment process via SchoolAdmin (Finalsite Enrollment), our admissions management software. An email with a link will be sent to access your child's enrollment contract via the Parent Portal in Finalsite Enrollment.

For NEW Families to St. Andrew's 2026-27:

• April 15, 2026 for 6th - 11th grade applicants
• May 10, 2026 for Kindergarten - 5th grade applicants

After these dates, enrollment will be based upon space availability.

For families RETURNING to St. Andrew's in 2026-27:

• Tuesday, April 7, 2026
• A late fee of $250 may assessed for contracts and/or enrollment fees submitted after the deadline.

Finalsite Billing will be available in your Finalsite parent portal once the tuition contract has been signed.

Finalsite Billing is integrated with Finalsite Enrollment.

No, the service fees associated with the payment plans charged by St. Andrew’s Schools are waived for families receiving financial aid. The online enrollment contract should automatically take this into account. Please contact us if you receive financial aid and your contract shows any service fees.

The first parent/guardian logs into the Parent Portal in Finalsite Enrollment and signs the enrollment contract. Once signed, there will be a prompt that allows them to invite another parent/guardian associated with that student or a non-household member to co-sign the document. The co-signor will then receive an email to sign into the Parent Portal in Finalsite Enrollment to sign the document.

*The same email address/account cannot be used for both signers. Two distinct Parent Portal accounts with different email addresses need to be used for dual signatures from separate households.

Either party can pay the non-refundable enrollment fee; however, the fee can only be paid after both parties sign the contract. The system only allows a one-time payment of the full $600.00 non-refundable fee. If you would like to split the enrollment fee between parents, please select “Cash” as your payment option and walk in or mail your payments directly to the Admissions Office. Please ensure both of these payments are received by the aforementioned deadlines in order to avoid the $250.00 late fee (returning families only) and ensure a spot for your child.

To ensure the tuition amount is distributed appropriately in FACTS, please contact Julie Smith (jsmith@standrewsschools.org) in the Business Office to set up the accounts accurately.
