St. Andrew's Priory Merit Scholarship
Multiple new scholarships will be awarded for the 2025-2026 school year. Additional scholarships may be awarded depending on the candidate pool and available financial resources.
Candidates should possess a desire to lead, with demonstrated leadership abilities, in addition to a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (or elementary equivalent) or higher. The review committee will take into consideration scholastic achievement, leadership, and extracurricular activities.
REQUIREMENTS
The following items must be submitted in order for the student to be considered for the Priory Merit Scholarship.
For students currently enrolled at The Priory
Letter of interest - A hard copy is due no later than Friday, February 28, 2025 at 4:00 pm HST. Bring your hard copy to the Admissions Office in Transfiguration Hall, Room T-108.
Please write your letter of interest as follows:
- Address the letter to "Members of the Scholarship Review Committee."
- Explain why you feel you are a strong candidate for this scholarship.
- Please give specific examples of how you demonstrate leadership, courage, and humility as a student at The Priory.
- Include a description of a recent time in school or in the community when you showed compassion in service to others.
- Sign your name. Please be sure your name is also printed (typed) below your signature.
- There is no minimum or maximum word count. The letter should only be as long as it takes to best describe to the scholarship review committee why you are a strong candidate.
Letters received after the 4:00 pm deadline on February 28 will not be considered in the selection process.
For students applying for admission* to The Priory
*The applicant must have an admission application with educational documents uploaded in School Admin in order to be considered for the scholarship.

- Interview
The scholarship review committee may request a virtual or in-person interview to further evaluate the candidate for scholarship consideration.
