St. Andrew’s Schools is a warm, welcoming, nurturing, learning environment that our families say feels like ʻohana. Relationships are at the heart of what we do, and we are proud of the strong connections between and amongst our students, our families, our teachers, and administrators. Join us at Open House to learn more. Registration is appreciated.
With an average class size of 15, our teachers truly get to know each student. We see each child as an individual, with unique talents to be cultivated so they grow to live a life of purpose.
Our campuses are a convenient commute for working parents. Being steps away from businesses and HPU enhances the success of our partner programs such as Priory in the City.
CULTURE OF BELONGING
As an Episcopal school, our foundation of inclusiveness, loving kindness and spiritual growth give students the supportive environment they need to learn, take risks, and find their passion.
OUR HAWAIIAN HERITAGE
Queen Emma Kaleleonālani and King Kamehameha IV and dedicated themselves to serving the health, educational, and spiritual needs of their people.
Queen Emma was determined to give Hawaiian girls access to a high-quality education. Her vision was fulfilled with the founding of St. Andrew’s Priory School for Girls in 1867.
Since then, our school has expanded to include The Prep (an all-boys' school for grades K-6) and Queen Emma Preschool (for boys and girls, ages 2-5).
We are stewards of Queen Emma’s legacy, driving us to provide each child, regardless of background, the opportunity to flourish.
TWO SINGLE-GENDER SCHOOLS, ONE CAMPUS
The Prep is our boys' school from kindergarten to grade 6.
Research indicates that girls and boys learn very differently. St. Andrew’s Schools embraces those differences by offering single-gender classrooms that cater to how girls and boys learn best.
