Visiting students may sign up for one day only and must be at least four years old and potty trained. Students will visit in their current grade level except for rising kindergarteners who will visit with a kindergarten class.

 

Visitors may shadow in their friend's class if they are in the same grade. If the visitor is in a different grade, the visitor will be assigned to a student buddy in his/her current grade level.

 

On the morning of your child's scheduled visit, please park in visitor lot D and bring your child to the front of Transfiguration Hall no later than 7:30 a.m.

Pick-up time for students in grades K-6 is 2:45 p.m. Pick-up time for students in grades 7-12 is 3 p.m. Visiting students cannot stay in After School Care.

 

Lunch will be provided for your child. Please choose between the regular and vegetarian meals. Further dietary restrictions are not able to be accommodated. You may choose to pack a lunch for your child instead.

 

Space is limited. We will accept students on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to students who already have an admission application submitted online.
