Join the Queen Emma Legacy Society
In honor of St. Andrew’s Schools 150th Anniversary, we have started the Queen Emma Legacy Society. Members of our legacy society are generous and forward-thinking donors who will support our long-term success and be long remembered. Planned giving is one of the simplest, easiest, and most powerful ways to leave a gift. It can be done in a variety of ways and many people are pleasantly surprised that you do not need to be wealthy to leave a legacy.
Here are some ways you can contribute to the sustainability of St. Andrew’s Schools in the long term. Many of these options are a win-win for the donor and the organization. We encourage you to consult with your financial advisor to discuss the tax implications of these options. If your advisor or attorney has any questions, they may contact Jennifer Burke, Director of Institutional Advancement and Community Relations, at (808) 532-2441 or at email@example.com for detailed information.
- Life Insurance Policy and Retirement Assets
- Life Income Gifts
- Complex Gifts (Real Estate, Businesses, Patents, etc.)
One of the easiest ways to help involves simply naming St. Andrew’s Schools as a beneficiary in your will and living trust. A bequest may be for a particular dollar amount or percentage of your estate. Estate tax savings may be significant. Please have your estate and planned giving attorney contact the Advancement Office for specific language and available naming opportunities.
Queen Emma Legacy Society members are revered members of our ‘ohana and will be honored and remembered for generations. We thank our Queen Emma Legacy Society members by recognizing them in our printed publications, electronic communications and the school’s website.
