Magnus FAQs

Magnus can be easily accessed via our SAS website via the Parent Portal, eventually with Single Sign On capability so you will have fewer passwords to remember.

• We will collect forms for all preschool and K-12 students via Magnus that were previously collected from families in multiple ways throughout the school year.
• Health Room staff will record treatments and the administration of medicine (OTC, prescription, etc.) in the software instead of on paper.
• In an emergency, Magnus will allow us to quickly access medical information for those involved and provide the best possible care.
• Magnus will provide secure storage of data according to federal and state educational records laws.

In order to standardize the security of health information, all forms should be submitted via Magnus. Magnus Health Support will assist you to upload documents if needed.
