Free COVID-19 Testing On Campus
Dear St. Andrew’s Schools ʻOhana,
St. Andrew’s Schools, in partnership with Diagnostic Laboratory Services and Queen’s Health Systems, will be offering COVID-19 screening testing at no charge to all K-12 students/faculty/and staff on the K-12 campus (224 Queen Emma Square).
Faculty/Staff/Athlete testing will be on Tuesday, January 18. Testing for students in grades K–12 will be on Wednesday, January 19. We plan to offer this testing every other week until further notice. A testing schedule will be shared with students and families once we learn how many individuals we will be testing and how long it takes to test each grade level. This testing is not open to the public or non-St. Andrew’s Schools' students.
All results will be sent to the School Nurse who will notify parents/guardians of any positive results. Results are typically available within 48 hours.
If you are interested in participating in this screening testing program, please complete the following forms per student:
For testing on Wednesday, January 19, please send completed registration and consent forms no later than 12 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18. Email and use the subject line, “COVID-19 Screening Testing Clinic.” Alternatively, you may send them in with your student on the day of testing. Once you have registered your child, they will be approved for and included in all future testing.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email Colleen Treacy, School Nurse or Kaʻipo Bailey-Walsh, Lower School Principal.
